How we score each lot.
We use the SCA cupping form — ten attributes scored from 6 to 10, summed for a final cupping score. Any lot below 82 points is rejected from our retail line, no exceptions.

Every lot scored on the SCA protocol by CQI-licensed cuppers. Sensory sheets available on request for wholesale.
Halal Certification
Issued by Majelis Ulama Indonesia for our roasted retail products — covering ingredients, process, and packaging line.
Indonesian FDA Permit
Distribution permit for our packaged roasted coffee in the Indonesian market, with the MD number printed on every bag.
Roastery Food Safety Plan
HACCP plan covering green-bean intake, roasting, cooling, packaging, and storage — audited annually.
Rainforest Alliance
Available on selected single-origin lots from partner cooperatives in Sumatra and Bali — chain-of-custody documented.
Standar Nasional Indonesia
Voluntary alignment with SNI 01-3542 for ground coffee and SNI 01-2907 for green coffee specifications.
Direct Trade Agreement
Multi-year purchase agreements with partner cooperatives in Aceh, Mandailing, Toraja, and Bali — published premium above C-market.
Pendaftaran PSE Kominfo
