This document outlines how Specialty Coffee Shop processes, ships, and accepts payment for orders placed on specialtycoffee.shop. By placing an order you accept these terms together with our Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy.

We roast and dispatch from Indonesia, ship domestically via national couriers, and offer international air shipping through DHL, FedEx, and EMS for selected destinations.

Section 01

Overview

  • Origin: Indonesia — freshly roasted to order
  • Domestic processing: 1–3 working days
  • International processing: 2–5 working days
  • Tracking: sent by email & WhatsApp on dispatch
  • Currency: IDR (domestic), USD (international checkout)
Section 02

Order Processing

Orders placed before 14:00 WIB on a working day are queued for same-day roasting (where possible) or next-day roasting and packing.

  • Roasting & cooling: 1–2 working days
  • Vacuum-seal packing & degassing: same day
  • Pickup by courier: next working day
  • Public holidays & weekends: orders processed the next working day

Freshness & Packaging

  • All coffee is roasted to order — never pre-roasted bulk stock
  • Stand-up pouch with one-way degassing valve & aluminum barrier
  • Whole bean preserves freshness longer; ground available on request
  • Optimal flavor window: 7–30 days after roast date (printed on pouch)
  • Outer box with shock-absorbing void fill for safe transit

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service level.

  • Free domestic shipping for orders above IDR 500,000 within Java
  • Flat-rate Jabodetabek available on selected SKUs
  • International: live-rate quoting at checkout from DHL / FedEx / EMS

Claims, Damage & Lost Parcels

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full claim procedure. In short:

  • Report damaged or missing parcels within 3 days of receipt
  • Include photos and the courier tracking number
  • Lost parcels: we coordinate with the courier and reship or refund
  • Wrong item shipped: free replacement at our expense
