Yes. Minimum order is one 60 kg bag for spot lots, or one 19-tonne container for contract lots. Send a request through the wholesale form and we will send the current offer list with cupping scores, moisture, water activity and screen size.
Tell us within 30 days and we will replace it with something else or refund it, opened bag or not. Then we will ask you what was wrong, because that is more useful to us than the money.
Yes, from 100 kg per profile. We will roast to your curve or build one with you in the lab. Bag design is on you; we can print the roast date and lot number.
The roastery, yes — Saturday cuppings are open and free. Origin trips run twice a year during the Gayo main crop for wholesale accounts. They are not holidays; you will be on a motorbike at 6 a.m.
