Acceptance of terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms attached to promotions, subscriptions, or events, form the entire agreement between you and Specialtycoffee.shop. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the latest version always lives on this page.

Your continued use of the site after we publish an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. If purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business.

• Keep your credentials confidential and your account secure
• Accept full responsibility for every order placed under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach

Use of the site

Use our site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Do not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, or use bots or scrapers without prior written consent.

Products and pricing

We display product attributes such as origin, roast profile, weight, and brewing notes as accurately as possible. Because coffee is an agricultural product, minor sensory variations between lots can occur and do not constitute a defect.

Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated period and is limited by stock availability.

Pricing error: If a pricing mistake is identified after your order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

Orders and payment

An order placed via the site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Your order is confirmed once we issue an order confirmation by email after payment has cleared.

• Bank transfer and virtual account: BCA, BNI, Mandiri, BRI
• QRIS instant transfer
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay
• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard

Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping times depend on the destination and the courier selected at checkout. Courier options and lead times per region are listed on the Shipping and Payment page.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the package is handed to the courier. Please provide accurate shipping details, as re-delivery fees arising from an incorrect address are your responsibility.

Returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a verifiable quality defect, contact us with photo evidence. The request window, the required details, who pays return shipping, and refund timing are all set out in full in our Return and Refund Policy, which governs in the event of any inconsistency with this section.

• Opened roasted coffee cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it is defective or incorrect
• Custom roast and bulk green bean orders are non-refundable once confirmed
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a recurring coffee delivery plan, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on each scheduled billing date until you cancel.

• You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time through your account dashboard
• Subscription pricing holds at the price displayed when you subscribed
• We will notify you in advance of any price change
• Subscription perks such as discounts or free shipping apply only while the subscription is active

Intellectual property

All content on specialtycoffee.shop, including text, photography, logos, branding, cupping notes, and code, is the exclusive property of Specialtycoffee.shop or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written consent.

Prohibited conduct

• Using the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Uploading viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
• Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data without our written consent
• Interfering with site security or with other users

Disclaimer and warranty

The site and all content are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Specialtycoffee.shop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or any product purchased through it.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Specialtycoffee.shop, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If it remains unresolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to the competent courts of Jakarta.
