These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Specialty Coffee Shop ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of specialtycoffee.shop, including product listings, the checkout flow, and any subscription or loyalty programme we offer.

Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. If purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business.

Use of the Site
Use our site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Don't interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, or use bots or scrapers without prior written consent.
Products & Pricing
We display product attributes — origin, roast profile, weight, brewing notes — as accurately as possible. Because coffee is an agricultural product, minor sensory variations between lots can occur and do not constitute a defect.
Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated period and is limited by stock availability.
Orders & Payment
An order placed via the site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Your order is confirmed once we issue an order confirmation by email after payment has cleared.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping times depend on the destination and the courier selected at checkout. We work with JNE, J&T, SiCepat, AnterAja, GoSend, and GrabExpress for domestic; international shipments use bonded couriers.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the package is handed to the courier. Provide accurate shipping details — re-delivery fees from incorrect addresses are your responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every cup. If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a verifiable quality defect, contact us within 3 days of receipt with photo evidence.
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion
- Opened roasted coffee can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective
- Custom roast and bulk green bean orders are non-refundable once confirmed
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days
Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a recurring coffee delivery plan, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on each scheduled billing date until you cancel.
- You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account dashboard
- Subscription pricing locks at the price displayed when you subscribed
- We will notify you at least 14 days in advance of any price change
- Subscription perks (discounts, free shipping) apply only while subscription is active
Intellectual Property
All content on specialtycoffee.shop — including text, photography, logos, branding, cupping notes, and code — is the exclusive property of Specialty Coffee Shop or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written consent.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Uploading viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt
- Misrepresenting identity or affiliation
- Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data without our written consent
- Interfering with site security or other users' enjoyment
Disclaimer & Warranty
The site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Specialty Coffee Shop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or any product purchased through it.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Specialty Coffee Shop, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to the competent courts of Jakarta.
