Brazilian coffee is famous for scale — Brazil grows roughly one-third of the world’s supply, half of it in Minas Gerais, where we source ours. We look beyond volume, returning each harvest to the same small and medium producers in lesser-known areas for sweet, fruit-driven naturals: microlots, single varieties, special preps, and fermented lots.
