Indonesian coffee is among the world’s most distinctive — grown across more than 17,000 equatorial islands in the world’s fourth-largest coffee-producing country. Since 2010, we have sourced Indonesian coffee directly from family producers in Sumatra, Java, Bali, and Sulawesi, collaborating on processing methods such as wet-hulled, extended fermentation, and anaerobic naturals.
